Dhaka, Bangladesh — On the occasion of the Foundation Day of the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB), SHOJON joined the university community in celebrating the occasion while promoting greater awareness of mental health and psychological well-being among students.

The event brought together students in an open, engaging, and supportive environment where mental health was placed at the heart of meaningful campus conversations. Through a range of interactive activities, SHOJON encouraged students to learn more about psychological well-being, challenge misconceptions, and recognize the importance of seeking support when needed.

As part of the initiative, students had the opportunity to participate in free psychological screening, explore mental health awareness activities, and engage in interactive games designed to challenge mental health stigma and promote greater understanding.

The activities created opportunities for students to reflect on their own well-being, learn about common misconceptions surrounding mental health, and engage in open conversations in a positive and approachable setting.

The enthusiastic participation of students highlighted an important message: mental health is just as important as physical health. By creating spaces where mental health can be discussed openly and without stigma, initiatives like this contribute to building a healthier, more supportive, and more aware campus community.

SHOJON remains committed to promoting accessible mental health support and creating greater awareness of psychological well-being among young people and communities across Bangladesh.
