Corporate Wellness
Mental wellbeing in the workplace directly affects how people communicate, collaborate, make decisions, and perform.
Corporate Wellness Sessions
Our Corporate Wellness Sessions are designed for corporate organisations, INGOs, banks, businesses, and other professional institutions to help employees better understand workplace stress, burnout, and practical ways to protect their mental wellbeing.
From Awareness to Practical Skills
These are interactive 2-hour sessions that combine awareness, self-assessment, practical skills, and engaging activities.
1. Awareness
The broader picture of mental health in the workplace and the common reasons behind burnout.
2. Self-Assessment
A burnout self-assessment scale to reflect on your current level of burnout.
3. Practical Skills
Assertive communication, the Stress Bucket technique and self-help tools.
4. Gratitude
A guided gratitude exercise to conclude the session.
What We Cover
We begin by looking at the broader picture of mental health in the workplace, including:
- The prevalence of mental health concerns
- How common burnout is among working professionals
- How poor employee wellbeing can affect productivity, absenteeism, performance, and ultimately the wider economy
- The common reasons behind workplace burnout
- The pressures participants may be experiencing in their own professional lives
Understand Your Burnout Level
As part of the session, participants complete a burnout self-assessment scale to help them reflect on their current level of burnout and recognise possible warning signs.
The purpose is not to diagnose, but to encourage self-awareness and help participants understand when they may need to make changes, practise self-care, or seek additional support.
Practical Skills for the Workplace
The session then moves from awareness to practical skills that employees can use in their everyday professional lives.
Assertive Communication
Interactive activities demonstrating how to communicate needs, opinions, concerns, and boundaries respectfully and effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
The Stress Bucket Technique
Helps participants visualise how workplace and personal pressures can accumulate, what happens when stress exceeds our coping capacity, and how healthy coping strategies can help manage that pressure.
Practical Self-Help Tools
Practical self-help tools and techniques that can be used beyond the session to support everyday mental wellbeing.
Ending with Gratitude
We conclude the session with a guided gratitude exercise, giving participants an opportunity to pause, reflect, and recognise positive experiences, relationships, or moments that may often be overlooked during a busy working day.
Our aim is for participants to leave not only with greater awareness of workplace mental health and burnout, but also with simple, practical tools they can begin using immediately.
